Independent software house founded by Matteo Lucrezio, Lead Software Engineer with experience since 2018. We build web apps, AI systems, automations and custom platforms for startups, structured companies and international clients.

From 2018 to today, a signal line

Matteo began working in the field in 2018. LuCz Tech Studio was announced in November 2024, followed by proprietary products, technical leadership roles and AI systems for businesses.

FiveM communities and servers

2019-2021

Top 3 Italian FiveM multiplayer servers, 350 concurrent users and a Discord community of 10,000+ members.

First professional collaborations

2022-2023

Andreban, Track Game, first custom e-commerce projects and experience in StartNet Youth.

Contractor work and platforms

2024

Framework360, WordPress plugins, marketing CMS work and a 120-product e-commerce catalog.

Brand launched in Lecce. Vision, new products and the H-FARM programme follow in 2025.

Four values, nothing more

Quality before speed

We commit to sustainable timelines and respect them. We would rather say "two more weeks" than ship broken software to chase an illusion of speed.

Clear ownership, written in the contract

For commissioned custom projects, the code belongs to the client: repository, server, domain, credentials and technical documentation are transferred at delivery. For LuCz proprietary products, a usage license applies. The model is always explicit in the contract.

Transparent decisions

Stack, costs and risks are written down before we start. If conditions change during the project, we say it immediately.

Italian and English, no filter

We work professionally in both languages. Technical documentation, daily calls, code review and contracts can be handled in the language you prefer.

How we work

Direct ownership, tailored processes

Matteo Lucrezio personally handles requirements, architecture, development and delivery. Custom AI systems, skills and reusable processes help him maintain quality in short timeframes while optimising his time and the final cost to the client.

Work is remote, with communication in Italian and English. Depending on the project, we integrate LLMs, custom MCP servers and teams of AI agents with distinct roles. Matteo remains responsible for technical decisions, review and the result.

The client relationship is based on weekly milestones: every Friday we release a working build in staging. You want to understand where we are, you see it. You want to change priority, we discuss it before the next milestone begins.
