Custom web apps and SaaS with login, dashboards and multi-tenancy. AI systems integrated into real business workflows, internal tools, structured e-commerce and engineering partner / fractional CTO work. We also provide IT consulting and technical assessment. We do not build brochure sites or template work.

Pre or post product-market-fit startups, structured companies that want to move workflows away from spreadsheets or generic tools, and founders or management teams looking for a senior engineering company able to work in English with distributed teams.

How long does it take to build a system with LuCz?

Accepted Answer

It depends on complexity. A working web app MVP: 4-8 weeks. A complete internal tool: 8-16 weeks. A structured e-commerce or integrated AI system: 10-20 weeks. After the discovery call we provide a realistic roadmap with weekly milestones.

What technologies does LuCz use?

Accepted Answer

Main stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB. For AI systems: LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic and self-hosted models where they make sense. Infrastructure: Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS and Docker. The stack adapts to the project, not the other way around.

Does LuCz work with international clients?

Yes. Since November 2025 Matteo Lucrezio has been Lead Software Engineer for a Dubai-based development team. LuCz handles Italian and English projects across time zones: technical documentation, code review, daily calls, sprint planning and contracts.

How does LuCz work operationally?

Accepted Answer

Initial discovery call, architecture definition, weekly roadmap and incremental development with a working staging build every Friday. Async communication by default, synchronous when useful.

Who is the founder of LuCz?

The founder is Matteo Lucrezio, Lead Software Engineer with around 8 years of experience since 2018 and co-founder of a tech startup in launch phase. He completed a Master in Digital Entrepreneurship at H-FARM Business School in May 2026.

Does the client own the code?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service. For custom projects and engineering partner / fractional CTO work, the code belongs to the client: repository, server, domain and credentials are transferred on delivery or owned by the client from the start. For proprietary LuCz products such as Vision, the client receives a usage license.
