A timeline of my professional development, skill acquisition and key projects from 2018 to today. Each step represents growth and experience in web development, game design, digital media, soft skills and entrepreneurship.

From 2018 to today

A timeline of my professional growth since 2018, highlighting key projects, acquired skills and experience.

2018

13 years old

Beginning of My Path

I started learning Photoshop and HTML, creating a few school websites with HTML and CSS.

2019-2021

14-16 years old

Graphics & Web Development

I created several graphic assets and a website for a gaming house in my city.

FiveM Server Development

From October 2019 to September 2021, I worked on creation, management and development of two of the most important FiveM servers in Italy, a GTA 5-based platform for custom multiplayer experiences.

  • Both servers ranked top 3 in Italy and top 50 worldwide during activity.
  • The first server was created in October 2019 and closed in August 2020.
  • The second server was created in September 2020; I left the project in September 2021.
  • On the second server we reached 350 concurrent users and over 10,000 Discord members.

  • Mapping, development, design and adaptation of interiors and 3D models with 3ds Max and Blender.

2022

17 years old

Track Game Development

In March 2022 I started developing Track Game, a racing game built with Unity.

  • Used and modified existing assets for tracks, cars and physics.
  • Created components with C#.
  • Designed garages, circuits, interface and game graphics.
  • 3D design and creation of interiors, objects and car components.
  • Created and managed social networks for game marketing.

Website for a Travel Agency

In June 2022 I developed a website for an Italian travel agency by modifying an HTML template.

  • Login system.
  • Page to upload houses with images and information.
  • Catalog with region filtering.
  • Individual pages for each property.
  • Features built from scratch mostly in PHP.

Entrepreneurship Course

In September I attended a 45-hour entrepreneurship course, which significantly improved my overall mindset.

Andreban & Web Development

From October to November 2022 I joined Andreban as a web developer and worked on several projects.

  • Back-end eCommerce system from scratch.
  • Management system for a food stand at an event.
  • Ready-to-use registration and login system with password, email and profile picture changes.

Duke-Italia Community

In November 2022 I created a motorbike community called duke-italia and started editing photos with Lightroom, Photoshop and AI.

Live Streaming Director

In December 2022 I worked as Live Streaming Director at Andreban for the first time and created an order management system for the same event.

2023

18 years old

January - April

  • Joined StartNet Youth, a social association.
  • Started creating an e-commerce platform for automotive products.
  • Developed a web application called Andreban Contact.
  • Worked on Track Game and fixed bugs for a client video game.
  • Continued development of duke-italia.

May

  • Worked on a startup pitch deck.
  • Created a pitch deck for MABASTA, an anti-bullying association.
  • Joined the StartNet Youth management team.
  • Worked at a StartNet Youth event as staff and live director.
  • Attended a STEAM course on prototyping, 3D printing, coding and public speaking.

June

  • Continued working at StartNet Youth events as staff and live director.
  • Completed the STEAM course.
  • Prepared an e-commerce website for launch.
  • Created a website with back-end for a car rental and used car dealer.
  • Started selling services on Fiverr.

September - December

  • Completed a Udemy course on NodeJS, MongoDB and React.
  • Left StartNet Youth to focus on personal projects.
  • Reduced workload due to health issues and time constraints.

2024

19 years old

January - February

  • Created a complete login system with NodeJS and MongoDB.
  • Started working as a Wordpress plugin developer.
  • Started generating and using AI images (Stable Diffusion) for websites and projects.
  • Learned jQuery.

March - August

  • Created a website for a local clothing brand.
  • Improved and updated my portfolio website.
  • Attended a programming course at Links MT to refresh front-end skills.
  • Developed my personal back-end framework.
  • Worked as contractor for Framework360, an Italian company that built a CMS and marketing platform.

September - December

  • Created 3 websites for clients of a social media agency.
  • Worked on a 120-product e-commerce for a butcher shop.
  • Attended a study method course, useful also for business.
  • Joined a weekly soft skills course.
  • Participated as staff member at a TedX.
  • Worked as contractor for Framework360.

2025

20 years old

January - February

  • Participated as staff member at a tech event in my city.
  • Developed a web app for a client with questionnaires and report generation.
  • Started developing Vision, a platform for personal and business productivity.
  • Partial redesign of this website.
  • Developed a website with motivational quotes.
  • Developed a website for a football tournament.
  • First consulting work for clients or projects.

March - April

  • Created a website and game inspired by the TV series "How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)".
  • Improved and updated my portfolio website.
  • Continued Vision development with CMS, CRM, PM and new features.
  • Built a web app for business cards and digital menus.

May - June

  • Developed a website for an accommodation facility.
  • Developed a management system for a marketing agency.
  • Vision 2.0 with performance and scalability improvements.

September - October

  • Attended a 4-day Team Building course.
  • Developed a website for a restaurant.
  • Started developing a startup.
  • Various improvements to Vision and addition of new features.
  • Started a Master in Digital Entrepreneurship.

November 2025 - today

  • Since mid-November 2025 I have managed a development team for a Dubai-based company.
  • First foreign clients: project collaboration and communication in English as well as Italian.
  • Team coordination on roadmap, code review and delivery.
  • LuCz starts operating in international markets while keeping its operational base in Lecce.

2026

21 years old

May

  • Completed the Master in Digital Entrepreneurship at H-FARM Business School, started in September 2025.
