How we work
Engineering process in 5 phases
Discovery -> Architecture -> Development -> Delivery -> Scaling. A concrete method, validated on dozens of projects, that produces working software before the end of the first month of work.

Discovery
Initial call with the founder to understand problem, context, goals and constraints. Output: analysis document with scope, phases and realistic estimate.

Architecture
Technical architecture, motivated stack choice, key flow wireframes, data model and integrations. Output: roadmap with weekly milestones.

Development
Incremental development with weekly review: every Friday the client sees a working staging build.

Delivery
Production setup, data migration, training, operational runbooks and credentials transfer. For custom projects the code belongs to the client; for LuCz proprietary products a usage license applies.

Scaling
Optional post-release package: security patching, uptime and cost monitoring, capacity planning, architecture refactor and technical hiring support.
